Bike Events

As keen motorcyclists, both Terence and I are often out and about on our machines. We also like to get together with other like-minded individuals from near and far.

Non-motorcyclist's hear us talk about going to a ‘bike rally’ and assume it’s something along the line of WRC! The truth is far different. Generally a motorbike rally is just an excuse for bike owners/riders to get together, catch up, lubricate the throat and tell tall tales… Usually these events are held in places that are little known and off the beaten track, so it’s also at way to see the country. Between us we have been to the top of the North Island, and to the bottom of the South Island , and most places in between. Many of which were just so damn good that we had to revisit!

I’m a member of WIMA (Women’s International Motorcycling Association), and Terence is a member of the Buell Owners Club, but there not the only club’s we’re involved with.  We participate in many of the Rusty Nuts M/C events - expecially the weird and wonderful ones that get you off the beaten track.
