Back in 1999 we moved out to the little sea-side settlement of Te Awanga. We quickly determined that it was the best thing that we had ever done, and promptly decided that we weren’t going to move. Fast forward to 2003, and we started to discuss the possibility of buying the house off the landlord. And so on February 21 2004, we became the proud owners of 11 Redwood Place, and joined 75% of New Zealander’s whose bank owns their house!
Since then we’ve refined, updated renovated and extended our ‘little piece of paradise’.
